Ballots must be received at the Adams County Election office, a designated ballot drop box, or Voter Service & Polling Center (VSPC) location by 7 p.m. on Election Day, June 30, 2020, for your vote(s) to be counted. Ballots received after 7 p.m. on Election Day will not be counted. Postmarks do not count as a received date.

VOTER SERVICE & POLLING CENTERS (VSPCs)

Voters may:

  • Register to vote
  • Surrender mail ballots and vote in person
  • Replace spoiled, defaced, or lost ballots
  • Drop off voted mail ballots

EARLY VOTING VSPCs

Beginning June 22, VSPCs will be open:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Tuesday, June 30, 2020, Election Day, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
