September 9 | Elections Office resumes normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 pm (Please note that this schedule differs from other Clerk & Recorder and county departments. Check www.adcogov.org for hours for other departments.) |

September 18 | Ballots sent to all eligible UOCAVA (military/overseas) voters | |
October 8 | Public Logic and Accuracy Testing, 9:00 am | |
October 9-16 | Ballots mailed to all eligible voters. If you haven’t received your ballot by October 16th, please contact our office. |

October 9 | 24-Hour Drop Box Locations open | |
October 19 | Phase 1 Voter Service & Polling Centers open | |
October 26 | Last day to request a replacement ballot by mail. After this date, it’s also best to return a completed ballot to either a Voter Service & Polling Center or drop it off at a 24-Hour Drop Box |

October 30 | Phase 2 Voter Service & Polling Centers open | |
November 2 | Phase 3 Voter Service & Polling Centers open | |
November 3 ELECTION DAY |
Voter Service and Polling Centers Open 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. All ballots must be received by by 7 p.m. at the Elections office, a ballot drop box, or vote center 24-Hour Drop Box Locations close at 7 p.m. |
