July 23 Last day for a political subdivision to take formal action to participate in the Coordinated Election
Elections Office resumes normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 pm
(Please note that this schedule differs from other Clerk & Recorder and county departments. 
Check www.adcogov.org for hours for other departments.) 
September 18 Ballots sent to all eligible UOCAVA (military/overseas) voters
Public Logic and Accuracy Testing
October 11 Ballots mailed to all eligible voters.
If you haven’t received your ballot by October 16th, please contact our office.
October 11 24-Hour Drop Box Locations open
October 25 Voter Service & Polling Centers open
October 25 Last day to request a replacement ballot by mail.
After this date, it’s also best to return a completed ballot to either a
Voter Service & Polling Center or drop it off at a 24-Hour Drop Box
November 2
ELECTION
DAY
Voter Service and Polling Centers Open 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
All ballots must be received  by by 7 p.m. at the Elections office, a ballot drop box, or vote center
24-Hour Drop Box Locations close at 7 p.m.
