Ballots can be mailed back with adequate postage.  Ballots can also be delivered to any 24-Hour Ballot Drop Box or Voter Service and Polling Center location.

Adams County’s Voter Service and Polling Centers provide voters with the following services:

  • Update your voter registration
  • Request a new or replacement ballot
  • Drop-off your voted mail ballot
  • Vote on an accessible electronic voting tablet
